Send one-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification and two-factor authentication

3. SMS and Transactional Messaging

By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Lock’D In, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, booking updates, account activity alerts, and one-time passcodes for account verification and login security. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

SMS messages sent through Lock'd In are transactional in nature and include appointment confirmations, 24-hour reminders, booking updates, cancellation notices, and one-time passcodes (OTP) for account verification. OTP messages are system-generated and sent only when initiated by the user. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS without your explicit additional consent. Message frequency varies based on booking activity.

Our SMS services are powered by Twilio, Inc. Your phone number and messaging data may be processed by Twilio in accordance with their privacy policy. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers necessary to operate the platform:

Stripe — payment processing and billing
Twilio — SMS and transactional messaging
Supabase — database, authentication, and session management
Legal Authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights

Lock’D In does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent data is used only to provide transactional messaging, account verification, booking-related communication, customer support, and other Lock’D In platform notifications.

We use cookies and similar session tracking technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze platform usage. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and encrypted data storage through Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
