Welcome to Lock'd In, operated by Solutions InaCircle, Inc., a Wyoming-registered company. By accessing or using our platform at lockdinapp.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lock'd In, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Lock'd In is an appointment booking and provider management platform connecting clients with barbers, stylists, and grooming professionals. We provide tools for scheduling, payments, notifications, and client management.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Provider Subscriptions

  • Plans: Providers access the platform through a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Billing: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Billing disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
  • Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice before any subscription price changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

5. Bookings and Payments

  • Appointments are subject to provider availability and confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Deposits and full payments are collected at booking.
  • Cancellation and refund policies for individual appointments are set by service providers.
  • Lock'd In is not responsible for disputes between clients and providers.

6. SMS Communications

By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Lock'D In, including appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, booking updates, account activity alerts, and one-time passcodes for account verification and login security. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Lock'D In may send one-time passcodes (OTP) via SMS for account verification and two-factor authentication. OTP messages are system-generated and sent only when initiated by the user during registration, login, or phone number verification. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Provider Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate service information, pricing, and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings professionally.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, licenses, and regulations.
  • Maintain required business licenses and insurance.
  • Not misrepresent services, qualifications, or availability.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or providers.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform's source code.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Lock'd In are owned by Solutions InaCircle, Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lock'd In and Solutions InaCircle, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

International Addendum

15. International Use

Lock'd In is operated from the United States and is intended for use by residents of the United States. If you access or use the platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

16. International Licensing

Solutions InaCircle, Inc. may offer licensing arrangements to service providers, businesses, or operators outside the United States. All licensing agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, regardless of where the licensee is located, unless otherwise agreed in writing. International licensees are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection laws, consumer protection laws, telecommunications regulations, and payment processing requirements.

17. Data Protection — International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection laws, the following applies:

  • Legal Basis: We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate business interests.
  • Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection standards than your country of residence.

  • Retention: We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by applicable law.

18. Currency and Payments — International

All transactions on the Lock'd In platform are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing or service agreement. International users and licensees are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or taxes imposed by their financial institutions or local governments. Lock'd In is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges imposed by third-party payment processors in your jurisdiction.

19. Compliance with Local Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Lock'd In complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • Data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD)
  • Consumer protection and e-commerce laws
  • Telecommunications and SMS messaging regulations
  • Employment and independent contractor laws applicable to service providers
  • Business licensing and professional certification requirements
  • Tax obligations, including VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes

Solutions InaCircle, Inc. makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States.

20. Dispute Resolution — International

For users and licensees located outside the United States, any disputes arising from the use of Lock'd In or any licensing agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in the English language, with the seat of arbitration in Wyoming, United States. The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
